Detailed Description

You can now allow users to manually rate competencies, in addition to rating behaviors, in the latest experience of Performance Management forms. Previously, when you enabled Rating on behavior for a competency section in the Manage Templates admin tool, users could only rate the behaviors mapped to each competency. The competency ratings were automatically calculated based on the behavior ratings and couldn't be changed by users.

This change affects SAP SuccessFactors implementations by introducing updated behavior or new capabilities.
