When the latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled, you can configure business rules that display warning or error messages on forms when certain fields meet the conditions you defined. Here are some examples of applying this rule scenario: If the manager gives the highest score for more than 75% of an employee's goals, there will be a warning message suggesting reassessment. The manager can choose to adjust their ratings or ignore the warning.
