When the latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled, you can configure business rules to automatically launch follow-up forms, such as performance improvement plans, when initial forms are submitted with certain ratings. The rules can also inform users about the conditional form launches and carry some information from the initial forms into the follow-up forms. The new rule scenario, Launch Form Based on Assessment Outcome , involves two types of forms: the initial form and the follow-up form.
