A new document category, Japan Compliance Forms , is available in Document Management for compliance forms related to Japan in the Onboarding module. This category is assigned to documents generated by the Personalized Form Service (PFS) and uploaded attachments when managing compliance documents for Japanese employees. It supports storage and access authorization requirements that apply to compliance documents in Japan. We’ve added this document category to support compliance documentation requirements specific to Japan.
