You can now purge notes for inactive users by creating a DRTM Employee Profile Purge request. You can define all available subject criteria options under the DRTM Employee Profile Purge type when you create a request to purge notes. This purge object helps you meet GDPR requirements by allowing administrators to remove sensitive information based on configurable retention periods. Configuration Requirements If your organization has not upgraded the DRTM Employee Profile feature in the Upgrade Center , complete the upgrade once.
