You can now schedule a job to refresh the general display name for your employees who had name changes within the last 7 days. For customers with Employee Central enabled, this job only applies to non-Employee Central users, employees whose information are not accessed through the Employee Central service as indicated by the IS_EC_SYSTEM_OF_RECORD field set to 0. This new job type Refresh General Display Name is available in Admin Center Schedule Job Manager . You can schedule a recurring job to update the displayName field value for the general display name.
