As an administrator, you can now enable authentication with BTP Mobile Services for SAP SuccessFactors Mobile apps using a self-service upgrade in the Upgrade Center . Authentication with BTP Mobile Services is a prerequisite for using some features in the mobile app, such as Joule or Enterprise Service Management. Previously, it was a manual process that required contacting Technical Support. Now, you can enable it at Upgrade Center Important Upgrades Authentication with BTP Mobile Services .
