With Growth Portfolio enabled, you can now allow users to search for employees by skills, attributes, and proficiency levels in the enhanced People Search experience. The enhanced People Search now supports searching for individuals based on skills, attributes, and proficiency levels from their Growth Portfolio in the Advanced Search widget. For Advanced Search , skill-based search currently applies only to Directory Search . Here are the highlights: On the search criteria page, users can select multiple skills in a single search and specify different proficiency levels for each skill.
