HR service cases in SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management can now be displayed as cards on the home page, when an action is required by the employee. HR Service Case cards appear on the latest home page only, in the Needs Attention section. They appear when certain events occur that require an employee's action, such as providing additional information or closing a case. The employee can use the card to navigate to the relevant case in HR Service Management .
