You can now access HR support services from SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management within the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile apps for iOS and Android. Mobile users can create, update, and view HR service cases directly from the app. They can also view HR contact information. Note The Knowledge Base isn't available in the mobile app.
