In mobile Performance Management and 360 Reviews, users can now add new goals to forms by creating goals from goal libraries or leveraging generative AI capabilities. In addition to creating goals from scratch, users have two more options: Create performance goals from a goal library Create performance or development goals using generative AI, if AI-assisted goal creation is enabled The new options save mobile users time on goal creation and reduce functional gaps between mobile and web versions of Performance Management and 360 Reviews forms.
