Detailed Description

This release introduces a new Joule use case alongside enhancements to existing Joule capabilities delivered in December 2025 for SAP SuccessFactors. The new use case extends AI-assisted self-service scenarios, enabling employees or managers to complete additional HR tasks through natural language interaction with Joule. Enhancements to existing use cases improve response accuracy, expand supported entity types, and refine the conversational experience. These updates are part of SAP's ongoing investment in AI-driven HR process automation within the SuccessFactors platform.

Impact Assessment

The introduction of a new Joule use case requires administrators to review, configure, and activate it within the Joule administration settings before it becomes available to end users.
