The ability to create a free-of-charge subscription to override all pricing within a library will reach End of Maintenance on May 17, 2024 and will be Deleted on May 14, 2027. End of Development was reached on June 2, 2023; End of Maintenance was reached on May 17, 2024; the feature will be permanently deleted on May 14, 2027. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use.
