Detailed Description

You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. the feature will be permanently deleted on May 18, 2026. However, please note that no additional support or maintenance is provided after deprecation. You can choose to use either the wizard or the SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) version of the onboarding experience instead.

Impact Assessment

SuccessFactors implementations that use this functionality must take action before the deletion date to avoid business disruption. End of Maintenance was already reached, meaning SAP no longer provides bug fixes or patches. The feature will be permanently removed on May 18, 2026, after which it will be completely unavailable in production. SAP recommends migrating to method for your business scenario. Implementation teams must audit current usage, communicate with stakeholders, complete the migration to the replacement solution, and test all affected business processes before the deletion date.

Test Recommendations
• Verify that the deprecated/deleted feature is no longer accessible in the test environment after the effective date. • Confirm that all business processes previously using this feature have been migrated to the replacement solution. • Run end-to-end process tests for the scenarios that previously relied on this feature to confirm continuity. • Validate that no error messages, broken links, or missing UI elements appear where the feature previously existed. • Confirm that historical data and audit logs remain accessible and intact after the feature is removed. • Test integration endpoints and API calls for correct data exchange, authentication, and error handling.
