HR service cases in SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management can now be displayed as cards on the home page, when an action is required by the employee. The employee can use the card to navigate to the relevant case in HR Service Management. Only available in the latest home page experience, which can be enabled at Admin Center Company System and Logo Settings Enable the latest Home Page experience.
