SAP SuccessFactors made enhancements to multiple Joule use cases in January 2026, optimizing HR process efficiency and user-friendliness. The Performance and Goals Agent was renamed to Performance Preparation Agent effective February 2026. These updates apply to use cases across Performance & Goals, Continuous Performance Management, and 360 Reviews modules.
