The Performance Preparation Agent in SAP SuccessFactors Joule enables managers to prepare for performance reviews by summarizing feedback, achievements, activities, goals, and performance forms for direct reports using natural language queries. Managers can ask questions like 'What are the top strengths mentioned in feedback for Alex Hall?' to receive AI-generated insights. The agent also supports requesting feedback on behalf of direct reports directly through Joule.
