Survey Cards on the latest home page will reach End of Development on November 25, 2025 and will be Deleted on May 14, 2026. End of Development was reached on November 25, 2025; End of Maintenance was reached on May 14, 2026; the feature will be permanently deleted on May 14, 2026. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. On the Deleted date, the Survey section will be removed from the home page and the Survey configuration page will be removed from the Manage Home Page tool.
