Feedback The Outlook add-in for users to provide continuous feedback reached end of development and maintenance on May 16, 2025, and will be deleted on November 13, 2026. End of Development was reached on May 16, 2025; End of Maintenance was reached on May 16, 2025; the feature will be permanently deleted on November 13, 2026. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. Deprecation Details As of 1H 2025, we no longer developed and maintained the feature for users to provide feedback through the add-in on the Outlook toolbar due to minimal usage.
Impact Assessment
SuccessFactors implementations that use this functionality must take action before the deletion date to avoid business disruption. End of Maintenance was May 16, 2025, meaning SAP no longer provides bug fixes or patches.
