Detailed Description

The redesigned data viewing experience for Full Profile is now universally available to all SAP SuccessFactors customers. Key enhancements include updated UI text on the Pending Approvals popover (changing 'Initiated as of' to 'Created on'), improved empty-state messages and illustrations, and a new error page for users without profile access permissions. Additional improvements include enhanced display of Compensation information, Achievements section enhancements, Work Experience card updates, and improved navigation between employee and manager views.

Impact Assessment

This change affects all SuccessFactors customers as the Full Profile redesign is now mandatory and universally available. Administrators should review Role-Based Permissions for Full Profile access since a new error page is now shown for unauthorized users and the message can be customized. Internal user guides, training materials, and screenshots referencing the old People Profile UI text or layouts will need updating. Automated test scripts that validate UI text such as 'Initiated as of' must be updated to 'Created on'.

Test Recommendations
• Verify that the new 'Created on' text appears correctly in the Pending Approvals popover for non-effective-dated entities • Test empty state messages and illustrations in all profile card scenarios (no data + no permission to add, no data + permission to add, no permission to view category) • Validate that the new 'no permissions' error page displays correctly for users without Full Profile access, and that the customizable message works • Test Compensation card display enhancements including pay statement and compensation history sections • Verify navigation between employee self-view and manager view functions as expected • Check that Achievements, Work Experience, and Education card enhancements render correctly • Validate RBP configurations for profile visibility still work with the new design
