Recruiters can now add AI-extracted skills and skills from Talent Intelligence Hub to the job requisition, job profile, and in interview central using a unified skills picker. The new skills picker will include the following enhancements: Job Requisition: Skills can be added by selecting the Add button under the skills section in the Job Profile Details page.Note The unified skills experience will be available for new requisitions created after the feature has been enabled, older job requisitions will continue to display the Manage Skills button for AI-extracted skills. Selecting Rate Now allows interviews to add ratings and comments for the skills for each candidate.

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Applicant Management implementations. • Verify the feature is enabled and accessible from the expected navigation path or configuration area in a test environment. • Test the end-to-end scenario with representative test data covering both happy paths and error conditions. • Validate correct behavior across all relevant user roles and permission configurations (admin, manager, employee). • Test edge cases: empty or missing values, boundary conditions, concurrent users, and large data sets. • Confirm that existing integrations, workflows, and downstream processes are not affected by the change. • Test feature visibility and access controls across different RBP roles to confirm correct enforcement. • Test AI-generated outputs with diverse inputs to validate accuracy and relevance.
