We've redesigned the History UI for Full Profile to provide a more streamlined experience when you manage previous, current, and future records of effective-dated entities. You can select this button again to switch back to showing only the changes. For entities such as Job Information and Personal Information, you can scan the History panel to see which fields have changed without having to review the entire record (for example, "Legal Surname, Formal Name").
