Detailed Description

You can now grant proxy users access to the Intelligent Services Center (ISC). This enhancement allows administrators to authorize proxy users to access ISC and support delegated tasks and workflows on behalf of other users. We've made this change to support delegated workflows where designated users need access to Intelligent Services activities.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Integration and Extension implementations.
