Detailed Description

The To-Do Panel will reach End of Development on May 16, 2025 and will be Deleted on May 14, 2027. End of Development was reached on May 16, 2025; End of Maintenance was reached on May 14, 2027; the feature will be permanently deleted on May 14, 2027. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. When the latest SAP user experience updates are enabled, the  To-Do icon is removed from the shell bar and you can no longer access the To-Do Panel.

Impact Assessment

SuccessFactors implementations that use this functionality must take action before the deletion date to avoid business disruption. End of Maintenance was May 14, 2027, meaning SAP no longer provides bug fixes or patches. The feature will be permanently removed on May 14, 2027, after which it will be completely unavailable in production. SAP recommends migrating to method for your business scenario. Implementation teams must audit current usage, communicate with stakeholders, complete the migration to the replacement solution, and test all affected business processes before the deletion date.
