Detailed Description

SAP SuccessFactors enhanced multiple Joule use cases for Employee Central Quick Actions in October 2025. Joule now supports comment fields, custom date fields, and custom user fields in Position Quick Actions templates. Additional position fields are now supported for 'Change To be hired status' and 'Create same-level position' use cases. The field update limit for all Employee Central Quick Actions increased from 8 to 12 fields per interaction.

Organizations using Joule for Employee Central position management and HR Quick Actions will benefit from expanded field support and higher field limits. Administrators should review and update Quick Actions templates to leverage the newly supported fields. The increase from 8 to 12 updatable fields per interaction expands what users can accomplish in a single Joule session.
