and Phone Records When managing emergency contacts, emails, and phone numbers in the latest People Profile, if you set a record as primary, the <IsPrimary> field in the record will become read-only and cannot be modified directly. To replace the existing primary record, you can set a non-primary record's <IsPrimary> field to Yes. The system will automatically change the existing primary record's primary value to "No", and inform you of the change.
