Detailed Description

You can now access detailed guidance on analyzing and resolving SSO errors. To help administrators better interpret and act on SSO errors, we’ve added a link to a Knowledge Base Article (KBA) on the Login Failure Error Log page in Admin Center. We’ve made this change because SSO error messages can include technical details that are difficult to interpret.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Identity and Access Management implementations. You can now access detailed guidance on analyzing and resolving SSO errors. To help administrators better interpret and act on SSO errors, we’ve added a link to a Knowledge Base Article (KBA) on the Login Failure Error Log page in Admin Center. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
