Users are now able to share their activities across channels where they participate, giving relevant users the ability to view and edit these activities collaboratively. These activity sharing records are reportable with Story reports.See More

Detailed Description

Only the channel participant who is responsible for completing the activities within a channel can share them with other channels in two ways. They can also control whether the target channel owners can view and add comments on each activity. Channel owners, on the other hand, can track the source and destination channels of a shared activity through the Channels (<count>) link in the Shared With: field on Activity Details page.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Continuous Performance Management implementations. Only the channel participant who is responsible for completing the activities within a channel can share them with other channels in two ways. They can also control whether the target channel owners can view and add comments on each activity. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
