Detailed Description

The 'View worker' use case in Joule was enhanced in October 2025 to support searching for employees by job title. Users can now find employees by combining name and role, for example 'Who is Alex, the project manager?' or 'Is there a software engineer named Mike Smith?' This enhancement makes it easier to identify employees based on their organizational roles.

Impact Assessment

This is a minor enhancement that improves the employee search experience in Joule with no configuration changes required beyond standard Joule enablement. Organizations benefit from more flexible workforce lookup capabilities, particularly useful for HR staff and managers identifying employees by role. CDM refresh per KBA 3612244 is recommended.
