Detailed Description

Managers can view their team's target roles only when they're granted the private-access permission in the Career Worksheet template. Managers can now view employees' unrated skills and attributes. Employees' unrated skills and attributes are shown with an Unrated tag in the Recognize Skills to Improve section, so that managers can stay informed about the status and remind employees to rate their skills as necessary.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Career Development implementations. Managers can view their team's target roles only when they're granted the private-access permission in the Career Worksheet template. Managers can now view employees' unrated skills and attributes. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
