You can now purge performance and development goals by goal ID through legacy purge requests. In the Data Retention Management admin tool, you can now select the Purge by goal ID option in the Purge Goal request for performance goals or in the Purge Development Goal request for development goals. You can download the template file and then upload a file of goal IDs to set up a purge request.
