You can now import performance and development goals only for a specified target population using the Import Goals and Import Development Goals admin tools. Now, if you're subject to the new child permission Import Goals for Target Population and attempt to import goals for users outside your target population, you receive an error message in the goal import email notification. This feature is from customer idea 323004 and customer idea 312980.
