Detailed Description

You can now exclude job codes from data sync between your system and the People Connection system, so that associated job roles won't be recommended to employees in Career Explorer. To do this, go to the Manage People Connection Integration admin tool and select Manage Job Codes for Data Sync. You also have an option to exclude all inactive job codes from data sync.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Career Development implementations. You can now exclude job codes from data sync between your system and the People Connection system, so that associated job roles won't be recommended to employees in Career Explorer. To do this, go to the Manage People Connection Integration admin tool and select Manage Job Codes for Data Sync. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
