Users can now view their development goals on a role's details page in the latest Career Worksheet. They can only view development goals from the default development goal plan that have skills or attributes associated with the selected role. To view more information, they can select a goal to navigate to the goal details page.

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Career Development implementations. Users can now view their development goals on a role's details page in the latest Career Worksheet. They can only view development goals from the default development goal plan that have skills or attributes associated with the selected role. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
