If you've enabled the AI-assisted goal creation feature, users can now use generative AI to create development goals based on a current role, target role, or skills and attributes. Here are the details: Goal Creation Option Description Data Used by AI Prerequisites Create from Roles In a development goal plan, users choose Create Goal Create from Roles and select an employee's current or target role to let AI create a career-specific goal. On a role's details page in the latest Career Worksheet, users choose Create Goal Create from Roles to let AI create a career-specific goal.
