Insights When employees use generative AI capabilities to generate career insights, they can view what information is being considered in the Data Referenced section on a target role's details page in the latest Career Worksheet. We built this enhancement to provide transparency into the data used by the AI-assisted career insights feature. The section is collapsed by default.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Career Development implementations. We built this enhancement to provide transparency into the data used by the AI-assisted career insights feature.
