Detailed Description

Even if you choose to hide a column, you can still use the field for custom calculations. You check the Enable Compensation Profile check box from Compensation Home Actions for all plans Company Settings Manage Company Settings to enable the Compensation Profile. You now have additional options to configure visibility of custom fields for the Compensation Profile and the worksheet in the Design Worksheet tool when configuring columns for a worksheet.

This feature may require configuration review, user communication, and regression testing of related processes in Compensation implementations. Even if you choose to hide a column, you can still use the field for custom calculations.
