Detailed Description

When you enable the feature New Work Order Requires New Employment, a new employment record is automatically created in Employee Central whenever you add a new Work Order for a Contingent Worker. Review the benefits and assess the impact on downstream integrations with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Learning before deciding to enable it. Once you enable the upgrade, you can't disable it.
