The access restriction applies to the effective-dated HRIS elements such as Job Information, Job Relationships Information, Personal Information, Dependents Information, Address Information, and Compensation Information that support the latest People Profile. Susan's Personal Information Records Start Date - End Date Job Relationships Manager Access to Susan's Records April 1, 2022 - December 31, 9999 Paula Paula can access the records, and Robert can't access the records. HR administrator Robert and Paula can view and edit the records.
