Detailed Description

The new role-based permission Enable Trace Logging for Seniority Calculation Process has been added to the Manage Seniority Calculation category. You can use this object to view detailed calculation results including the relevant user IDs, calculation policies and calculation processes. Now the Employee Seniority Calculation can also support calculation involved with inactive employment period for employees.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Localization implementations. The new role-based permission Enable Trace Logging for Seniority Calculation Process has been added to the Manage Seniority Calculation category. You can use this object to view detailed calculation results including the relevant user IDs, calculation policies and calculation processes. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
