We made this change to improve the admin and manager experience, as well as to provide consistent system behavior for Job and Compensation Information entities. For Compensation Information in the Change Job and Compensation Info Manager Self-Service scenario as well as in the Compensation Information History, we've added a filter to the Events dropdown list. Now, managers and admins only have access to events with at least one event reason for which they have Edit permission.

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Process Automation implementations. We made this change to improve the admin and manager experience, as well as to provide consistent system behavior for Job and Compensation Information entities.
