The new confirmation dialog and support for in-flight changes improve the workflow handling experience in the latest People Profile. When you enable the new Editing UI for Employee Central cards, the following workflow enhancements are available: New Confirmation Dialog When initiating a data change from Full Profile cards, a new Submit Request dialog appears for reviewing approval steps and participants. Access to participant names and avatars Initiators can always view participant names and avatars.
