Detailed Description

The availability information is replicated for the following Global Assignment events: Add Global Assignment: Whenever a new Global Assignment is added, a new event is created to replicate the availability data for host assignment period and update the records for home assignment accordingly. Go to Admin Center Tools Time Management Configure Workforce Availability and add or update the company codes for both Home and Host assignments for which you want to replicate the data. We've enhanced the Global Assignment functionality in the Workforce Availability feature.

This feature may require configuration review, user communication, and regression testing of related processes in Time Management implementations. • Verify the feature is enabled and accessible from the expected navigation path or configuration area in a test environment. • Test the end-to-end scenario with representative test data covering both happy paths and error conditions. • Validate correct behavior across all relevant user roles and permission configurations (admin, manager, employee). • Test edge cases: empty or missing values, boundary conditions, concurrent users, and large data sets. • Confirm that existing integrations, workflows, and downstream processes are not affected by the change. • Validate time-off balances, accrual rules, and calendar calculations remain accurate after the update. • Test integration endpoints and API calls for correct data exchange, authentication, and error handling.
