Users can now add custom attributes as search options in Talent Search, in addition to skills and competencies. The Add dialog now shows the 50 most recently created attribute types that each contains at least one attribute. Users can drill down into an attribute type to select specific attributes or use the search bar to find attributes by name. In the talent search results page, they can then view the name and proficiency level of custom attributes that an employee has, and compare employees side by side.
