We have made a few enhancements to improve how the generative AI creates insights for managers into an employee's compensation. Here is further information about the updates we've made: If Performance Forms are used in systems where Performance and Goals is enabled, then the system uses the performance data as well when generating insights The data sources are now shown as bullet points rather than a table In addition, there are a few behavior changes from the previous release: Role-based permission for compa-ratio is required for transient fields. If the user does not have this permission for compa-ratio but does have permission for the pay component group such as for Annualized Salary, then the system displays the Annualized Salary field.
