Class Withdrawal Directly from Team View

We've added the ability for managers to withdraw learners directly from classes using Team View. See More

Detailed Description

From the Team View page, managers can view a subordinate's classes, and withdraw them from the class by selecting the More Actions menu and choosing Withdraw. Managers can also navigate directly to the Class Details page and perform the same action by selecting the Withdraw button. We delivered a redesigned Team View page to give our customers an updated user experience.

Impact Assessment

This feature has limited impact but should be reviewed to confirm alignment with business processes in Content Access implementations. From the Team View page, managers can view a subordinate's classes, and withdraw them from the class by selecting the More Actions menu and choosing Withdraw. Managers can also navigate directly to the Class Details page and perform the same action by selecting the Withdraw button. Implementation teams should verify that existing configurations remain valid and test core business scenarios after the upgrade to confirm correct behavior.
